Orders made Monday to Thursday - only 2 Days Notice required.
Orders made on a Friday - The earliest will be The following Monday.
Orders made on Saturday or Sunday - The earliest will be the following Tuesday.

All postal orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr delivery at a fixed price of £5.99 no matter how much you order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver your item the next working day after dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays) in the United Kingdom only, including the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. We do not deliver to international destinations (including Eire).

Orders made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding Bank holidays.
PLEASE NOTE - We can not post cheesecakes or old school cakes.

Christmas Delivery & collections

Any orders made for the 23rd & 24th December
collections will be between 11am-1pm and
deliveries will be between 1pm - 7pm due to us being extremely busy.

All other dates will be normal service as detailed below.

Deliveries or Non Deliveries
Please note once boxes have left the bakery we are no longer accountable for them. Boxes are too large to fit through a letterbox.
Due to local delays in the royal mail service delivery may take longer than usual
Bakes last 5-7 days after arrival.
If your parcel does not appear to have arrived, firstly please check with the neighbours or around the property in case the parcel has been left in a safe place. Also try the local post office I.D. will be required to pick up parcels. If the parcel has not been delivered to neighbours or the post office then it is possible that your parcel may have been delayed. You must advise us within 14 days of any non-delivery of a parcel.
Unfortunately delays can occur when we least want them to and your special parcel that maybe an important gift, can be delayed much to your disappointment. We all work really hard to ensure that this doesn’t happen, but please understand that traffic problems, weather, vehicle break downs, motorway closures can all occur that are generally out of anyone’s control to solve. In these instances, your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible at the very next opportunity and we ask for your understanding and patience.
